Prices are approximate and the exact prices are available at request. Our 3 star studio apartment is located in the old part of Split, in authentic Dalmatian stone house. We are on the first floor, and the ground floor of the same house is used by a store that sales fishing equipment and is located right next to us. This part of Split’s waterfront used to belong to fishermen and their boats. Even nowadays you can se fishermen preparing nets and trawl lines for fishing or coming early in the morning from fishing. Small port 30 m from our apartment is used for berth and for repairing boats on dry land. Apartment (31 m2) is newly decorated and this is a second year of its usage. Concerning the equipment it has: refrigerator with a freezer, stow, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, satellite TV, wireless internet, iron, hair dryer, microwave oven, vault. It has a double bed and a couch for two people. We are located in the center of Split, and only 30 m from the sea in the harbor. There is only 3 minutes walk time to the ancient roman palace of the emperor Diocletian. To the first store there is 20 m distance, tobacco shop and rent-a-car is only 10 m, drug store and a clinic 150 m, marina 600 m, beach 800 m, cinema 150 m and to the theatre 300 m. In the house next door there is a very popular restaurant “Fife” with a great offer of quality national meals at very affordable prices. Food can be served in the apartment at guest’s requirement.
