Dear Guests, we wish to present you our apartments and rooms situated in Podstrana, a mall tourist location, only 8 km away from Split, which long ago belonged to an illyrian tribe Pituntin. Podstrana is located near city of Split. You take the highway towards Omis city, and just follow the coast. When you reach hotel Le Meridien, just follow few meters and you will see a sign for Mazuraniceva street. Just take the road and drive for another 300 meters. In the vicinity of Le Meridien you can find walking areas, green meadows, beaches, diving center, sport center and also visit the hotel where various social and cultural gatherings take place. There is also a casino and a discotheque. Villa Ante is situated in the most intresting area of Podstrana and it is only 300m from a beautiful pebbly beach. Our house is well-connected with Split (cca. 5km) and with the airport Resnik in Trogir (cca. 25 km). This region is characterized by a significant cultural tradition which attracts every year numerous lovers of art ; remnants of the ancient city of Salona, center of the roman culture in Dalmatia and wider, then Diocletian palace dating from 3. century AD that makes the center of the city of Split, second by importance in Croatia and in honor of which Diocletian nights are taking place annually. Numerous music and cultural events will attract your attention and interest, particularly the food offer and national specialties that you will remember for a long time. Apart from the history, Podstrana is known for a naturally preserved environment, beautiful pebbly beaches and cristal clear sea that attracts every year more and more tourist. Our appartments are situated 300 meters from the sea and modernly equipped to offer you excellent comodity and relax. Numerous tourists have visited our guest house and we can proudly confirm that many of them became our regular guests as well. Visit us, we are looking forward to your arrival! Apartments: Villa Ante has totaly 5 apartments. All apartments consist: kitchen with dining room, WC/shower, possibility of extra bed. Apartments 2+1 have each one bedroom for two persons with french bed, and apartments 4+2 have each two bedrooms for two persons with french bed. Apartments A2, A3, A4 and A5 have each two balconies with sea view, and apartment A1 has one balcony with sea view. Apartments on ground floor A1 and A2 are suitable for invalids. Within the house is common terrase with grill and tables, and private parking locked at night so your vehicle is safe. Apartments A3 and A4 are on the first floor, apartment A5 is on third floor. ROOMS: Bedrooms are located on three floors with separated WC/shower and WC/bath tub in hallway. Bedrooms for two persons with french bed and balcony with sea view. Welcome!
