To confirm reservation it is necessary to pay 20% of advance. Payed advance is non-refundable in case of canceling reservation. Prices are for 4 persons. Prices for 5 or 6 persons is 75 EUR before and after season, and 100 EUR in season. Pets at allowed. Tourist tax is not included into the price (children from 12-18 years old pay 50%, children till 12 years old don't pay). Price includes 9 hours of air conditioner per day. If you use more, air conditioner is charged 5 EUR per day. Gratis grill, 4 parking spaces. Beach, restaurants, coffee bars are located 100m. Post office, bank, drugstore 2 km. Arrival to apartment is after 14.00 and departure till 11.00. For staying hour or two longer, we charge whole day. For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher. For staying 7 or more days guests get gratis fish or meat dinner. Welcome!
