TerraMaris is an accommodation in a unique ambient provided by old house in the heart of the city called Varoš, a Dalmatian Mont Mart. The accommodation is especially interesting as our house is century’s old stone residence renovated to very high standards while retaining plenty of beautiful and authentic features. The house comprises of 2 ROOMS and 3 luxury STUDIO APARTMENTS with all modern conveniences – comfortable beds,new bathrooms, air conditioning, TV, radio, CD, … However, despite all modern cons, the spirit of old times is still very much present – an ambience that is seldom felt and not easily forgotten. We hope that browsing through our photo album showing rooms and studios in our offer, will be able to convey at least little of its atmosphere. STUDIO 1 & ROOM 1 & COURTYARD WITH BARBIQUE - ground floor, STUDIO 2 & ROOM 2 - first floor, STUDIO 3 & TERACE - top floor. Due to its convenient position there will be no need for your car during your stay in Split. Everything to make a relaxing stay is close to hand – the centre of the city, sea promenade, Marjan hill, numerous beaches, shops, ferry port, coach station, can all be reached on foot whilst benefiting from the balmy Mediterranean air. The fish market, fruit market, hairdressers, butchers, chemists (pharmacies), are all within a minute’s stroll from our house as are the fashionable restaurants and coffee shops which abound in Split. Prices vary with the season. Welcome!
