Arrival to apartment is after 12.00 and departure till 10.00, to confirm reservation it is necessary to pay 20% of advance (account number will be sent on you request), minimum staying is 3 days (for staying less than 3 days price is 20% higher), tourist tax is 1 EUR per person per day.
