Villa MILA is situated in Podstrana, a tourist location known for a naturally preserved environment, beautiful pebbly beaches and cristal clear sea, in the vicinity of cities Split (8 km), Omis (10 km) and the airport Resnik in Trogir (25 km). The apartment of 100 m2 has two bedrooms (1 two person bed + 2 single beds), kitchen and dining room, living room (large sofa which opens in a bed for 2) with SAT TV, bathroom with jacuzzi + second separate toilet. It has air conditioning, dish washer, laundry machine, fridge freezer, coffee maker,... Sheets and towels are included. Apartment can take 6 persons. Within the apartment there is a terrace-garden and a grill. You can use 2 spaces in our private parking lot. Pebbly beach is less than 50 m away. In the circle of 100 m there is a bakery, a supermarket, 5 restaurants, several cafes. In the circle of 500 m there is a post office, a bank, a medical infirmary, a church, several pizza places and grill restaurants with band music. Just 2 km away is Le Meridien with walking areas, green meadows, beaches, diving center, sport center (windsurfing, jetski, tennis courts), wellness spa, a casino and a nightclub. A 1.5 km further is a large golf course by the river of Žrnovnica. This region is characterized by a significant cultural tradition; remnants of the ancient city of Salona, then Diocletian palace dating from 3. century AD that makes the center of the city of Split, City of Trogir is a UNESCO heritage site full of historical buildings, old palaces, and a lovely harbour with colourful yachts as well as an array of small side streets with charming boutiques. Beyond city of Omiš there are well known rafting excursion sites in the canyon of river Cetina.
